Grievances Meeting held at CMDA on 15.06.2023

On 15th June 2023, a significant meeting was held at the CMDA Conference Hall. Headed by The Member Secretary of CMDA Mr. Anshul Mishra, IAS and The CEO of CMDA Tmt. Kavitharamu, IAS.

The objective of the gathering was to discuss the effective ways to respond to complaints and grievances shared by the public on social media platforms.

The members participated actively in the conversation and shared their concerns and queries related to the issue. They discussed various scenarios that could arise and ways to address them promptly and effectively. The importance of being responsive and empathetic while dealing with the public was emphasized and discussed in detail.
