Do's and Don'ts: Follow the basic Instructions while making the drawing in PreDCR format.
Only online payments are accepted for Planning Permission Application. DD and offline RTGS/NEFT payments are not accepted.
Integration with the Rural Development has Gone Live since 05.09.2024. Henceforth, the Developers / Architects / Engineers are informed to apply for Planning Permission under the delegation of powers to Village Panchayats and Panchayat Unions falling within the CMA limit only through SWP
All applicants (Owners, Builders, and Developers), are hereby informed that, starting from now, they must invite Professionals (Architects and Engineers), for Planning Permission Applications (Building, Layout, and Subdivision) & Reclassification exclusively through the 'Tamil Nadu Single Window Portal (SWP)' accessible via the following URL: https://onlineppa.tn.gov.in/SWP-web/login
Applicants can view applications that were submitted before September 27, 2023, through the CMDA Online PPA portal
We kindly request all Professionals (Architects and Engineers) to continue using the CMDA Online PPA portal exclusively for submitting proposals to CMDA.
LAYOUT module of ‘Online PPA’ has Gone Live since 19.09.2023. Henceforth, the Planning Permission Application for Layout approval shall be received only through online. The Applicants / Developers / Architects are requested to submit applications for Layout approval only online.
From 01.09.2023 onwards, all the payments for Planning Permission Application shall be received only through online. Any payment made through NEFT/RTGS in the offline mode will not be honoured. All the Applicants / Developers / Architects / Licensed Surveyors are requested to strictly adhere to the above given instructions. In case of violating the above instructions the amount paid shall be duly refunded.
To implement an end-to-end Online Planning Permission System, the Local Bodies integration process requires a Structural Drawing. Henceforth, the Architects/Developers/Structural Engineers are requested to attach Structural Drawing and Design in .dwg format in the Online PPA Application and also furnish the detailed drawing of the foundation in the preDCR drawing.
